Key Responsibilities
Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for software applications throughout the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
System Architecture: Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable software architectures that ensure high availability, performance, and security.
Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and participate in debugging to ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and bug-free software.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional features.
Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and potential points of failure, implementing performance tuning and code optimizations to improve application speed and resource efficiency.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including API documentation, system architecture designs, and internal process guides.
Innovation & Research: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to suggest improvements to our existing tech stack and development processes.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in software development with proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or C#).
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming (OOP).
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
Proficiency with version control systems, specifically Git.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
