Mô tả công việc
Prepare detailed production plans according to customer orders and machine capacity
Monitor weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly production progress; update reports and actual performance
Plan and follow up on material requirements to ensure timely supply for production
Adjust schedules of orders to maintain flexibility and efficiency in production
Manage production standards, in-process inventory and resolve unexpected production issues
Coordinate, assign and supervise production workers to ensure schedule adherence
Report weekly work results to the Production Director
Other tasks as required by Production director
Yêu cầu
1. Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering or relevant technical fields
2. Major: Engineering, Production Management, Supply Chain, or related fields
3. Certification: Training in Production Planning, ERP/MRP Systems is a plus
4. Knowledge:
-Understanding of production process, material flow, and capacity planning
-Basic knowledge of inventory control and scheduling
5. Skills:
-Strong planning, data analysis, and reporting skills
-Proficiency in MS Excel and planning software; ERP/MRP experience preferred
-Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills
-English: Intermediate (equivalent to Bằng C) - able to read technical documents and basic communication
6. Competences/ Attitude:
-Logical, organized, and detail-oriented
-Problem-solving mindset with ability to work under pressure
-Reliable, proactive, and results-driven
-Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
7. Experience: At least 2 years experience in managerial position.
