KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation (Social Media & Paid Ads)
• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels, using tools like CapCut.
• Design visually appealing content (static and motion) using Canva or Photoshop, AI.
• Write natural, concise, and travel-inspired captions and ad copy that fits each platforms tone.
• Collaborate with the paid media team to create content assets for paid ads (Meta, TikTok) and adapt them for different audiences.
Channel Growth & Daily Management
• Own the TikTok and Instagram content calendars, posting regularly to grow engagement and followers.
• Stay on top of viral trends and cultural moments to keep our content fresh and relatable.
• Interact with followers, reply to comments, and help build a vibrant, engaged digital community.
Brand Storytelling & Marketing Support
• Write content for various marketing touchpoints: website copy, blog articles, email newsletters, POSM, video scripts, and press materials.
• Support the creation of tour highlight materials, experience-based storytelling, and ambassador features.
• Ensure all content feels on-brand, culturally authentic, and aligned with Vespa Adventures positioning.
Internal Collaboration
• Work closely with the
Marketing Manager
and Digital Executive to ensure campaigns are integrated and goal-aligned.
• Assist with photo and video shoots (as talent or producer) when needed.
• Coordinate with freelance photographers/videographers if external support is required.

• Vespa Adventures TikTok channel sees steady growth in followers, engagement, and video reach.
• Instagram feeds become a signature lifestyle and travel brand presence, with curated highlights, strong UGC, and inspiring storytelling.
• Paid ad creatives perform well with click-worthy visuals and copy.
• Daily content is consistent, intentional, and high quality - whether shot on an iPhone or designed on Canva.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
• 3-4 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a creative marketing role.
• Comfortable with editing video using CapCut or similar tools - especially for Reels and TikTok.
• Confident using Canva, basic Photoshop, or other design tools to create visual content.
• Strong short-form writing skills in English - can write snappy captions, script video hooks, or develop ad copy.
• Understanding of what performs on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including trends, hashtags, and storytelling formats.
• Good eyes for composition, color, and visual storytelling.
• Experience working in an agency environment or fast-paced content studio is a strong advantage.
• Organized, self-motivated, and excited to work in a small team environment. • Passion for travel, culture, and lifestyle storytelling.
• Basic photography or smartphone filming skills are a plus.
• English fluently
