Work on end-to-end marketing strategies, planning, execution for product launches in the healthcare, financial services, technology sectors
Gather and integrate data from various sources, including CRM systems, website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), social media platforms, email marketing platforms, sales data, and market research reports.
Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaign performance (e.g., ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, click-through rates, engagement).
Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and visualize data trends.
Prepare clear, concise, and insightful presentations and reports for various stakeholders (marketing teams, sales, product development, senior leadership).
Communicate complex analytical findings in an easy-to-understand manner to non-technical audiences.
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for optimizing marketing campaigns, improving customer engagement, and identifying new market segments or revenue streams.
Yêu cầu
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
Proven experience with web site building, analytics platforms and social media.
Understanding of
digital marketing
channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Google Data Studio is a plus
Experience in healthcare, technology and financial service businesses is an advantage.
Maturity and poise to work directly with client executives and mentor junior team members
Ability to perform under pressure amid tight deadlines, effectively prioritize and plan
Strong work ethic and drive with a high degree of self-discipline and motivation, ability to reliably deliver project outcomes independently
