Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Spare Part Deputy Manager (Automobile, 1000 USD, ID 18095)
Provide strategic direction for the Parts Sales Teams in Vietnam.
Strive to achieve the targets and objectives set by the Top Management, General Director, and Parts & Service Operations Manager.
Oversee and enhance the parts and service systems, focusing on sales performance, activity tracking, stock management, corporate governance, cost control, reporting, and adherence to Group policies and Principals requirements.
Develop and maintain effective training programs and practices to meet the service standards mandated by the Group and Principals.
Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction and staff productivity.
Collaborate with other departments to drive overall business performance, maintain a strong corporate image and reputation, and promote high staff morale and teamwork.
Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic work environment in full compliance with government regulations.
Requirement
Male, under 45 years old
Bachelor degree in engineering or related
At lest 5 years of experience of Automobile
Fluent in English
