***Responsibilities:
1. According to the current legislative and regulatory acts, which regulate the production and economic activities of the enterprise, he carries out the management of the headed production site team.
2. Ensures the performance of production tasks by the headed team within the set deadline in terms of the products production volume (works, services), quality, the given nomenclature (assortment), increasing labor productivity, reducing the labor intensity of products based on the rational loading of equipment and using its technical capabilities, increasing the variability coefficient equipment operation, economical consumption of raw materials and materials.
3. Participates in the development of new and in the improvement of existing technological processes, production modes and schedules.
4. Checks the quality of manufactured products or performed works, takes measures to prevent defects and improve the quality of products (works, services).
5. Timely prepares the production of products, ensures placement of employees in the team.
6. Monitors compliance with technological processes, quickly identifies and eliminates the causes of their violation.
7. Organizes the introduction of advanced methods and techniques of work, as well as forms of its organization, certification and rationalization of workplaces.
8. Ensures compliance by employees with production standards, correct use of equipment, office equipment (tooling and tools), steady (rhythmical) work of the team.
9. Establishes and timely informs the production tasks of the team employees, in accordance with the approved production plans and schedules, regulatory indicators for the use of equipment, raw materials, materials, and tools.
10. Conducts production training of employees, conducts measures to implement the rules of labor protection, safety techniques and industrial sanitation, technical operation of equipment and tools, as well as monitoring their compliance.
11. Analyzes the results of the production activities of team employees.
12. Ensures correctness and timeliness of primary documents for accounting of working hours, production, wages, downtime.
13. Contributes to the dissemination of best practices, development of initiative, implementation of innovative proposals and inventions.
14. Ensures timely revision of labor cost norms, implementation of technically justified norms and standardized tasks in the established order.
15. Monitors employees compliance with the rules of occupational health and safety, industrial and labor discipline, internal labor regulations.
16. Participates in the development of measures to create favorable working conditions, increase the culture of production.
17. Contributes to the creation of an atmosphere of mutual help and demandingness in the team, the development of a sense of responsibility and interest in the timely and high-quality performance of production tasks among employees.
18. Prepares proposals on encouraging employees or applying measures of material influence, on imposing disciplinary sanctions on violators of industrial and labor discipline.
19. Organizes work on improving the qualifications and professional skills of employees, training them in other and related professions, conducts educational work in the team.
20. Ensures the teams activities in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Manuals.
21. Participates in setting priority team quality goals that can be measured.
22. Applies and provides a process approach for the implementation of production activities in the performance of job duties.
23. Participates in the ongoing analysis of the effectiveness of applied actions in the area of process and product quality.
24. Regularly provides feedback to subordinates regarding their performance of their duties.
25. Timely and in full conveys to subordinates production tasks and updated information directly related to their performance of job duties and working conditions.

***Requirements:
1.Complete or basic higher education (specialist or bachelor). Work experience in the profession - at least 2 years.
2.Must know:
● Legislative and normative legal acts, methodical, regulatory and other management materials that relate to the production and economic activity of the site.
● Technical characteristics and requirements for products produced by the site, technology of its production.
● Station equipment and rules for its technical operation.
● Methods of technical and economic and production planning.
● The procedure for pricing works and workers.
● Norms and prices for works, the procedure for their review.
● Fundamentals of economics, organization of production, labor and management.
● The basics of labor legislation.
● Rules of the internal labor procedure.
A senior electronic engineer knows and applies in his activities:
● The structure and principle of operation of the automatic line for soldering electro-radio elements on printed circuit boards;
● Instructions for the operation of automatic machines, semi-automatic machines and the entire complex;
● Technological process requirements for preparation of the electro-radio elements soldering ;
● Methods of setting up an automatic line of preparation and soldering of electroradio elements on printed circuit boards;
● Ways to install a tool on an automatic line;
● Determination of the simplest malfunctions of the automatic line, rules for debugging the equipment used;
● Basics of designing and writing control programs of individual automatic installations, which are part of the automatic line of soldering electro-radio elements on printed circuit boards;
● Mechanics, automation, pneumatics of automatic installations within the scope of the work performed;
● Rules for handling electro-radio elements and circuit boards;
● Composition, purpose, conditions of application and storage of soldering pastes;
● Conditions for keeping control logs, methods and regulations for their filling;
● The procedure for drawing up reports on work performed;
● The basics of electrical and radio engineering knowledge.
