Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with PO, BA, founders, and
developer
s to design intuitive, child-friendly UI for web and mobile.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design systems in Figma.
• Develop design concepts that align with educational goals and brand identity.
• Adapt designs for different user groups: students (kids), teachers, parents, and school admins.
• Conduct quick usability tests with real users and iterate based on feedback.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.
Yêu cầu
Must Have:
• 2+ years working experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio in Figma showcasing mobile and web designs.
• Understanding of child-centered design principles for learning apps.
• Ability to balance aesthetic creativity with functional usability.
• Passion for education and helping kids & teachers.
• Startup mindset: energetic, adaptable, willing to work overtime/weekends when needed
Nice to Have:
• Experience working in EdTech, preferably in English learning apps or school-based educational platforms.
• Experience designing for AI-driven products.
• Knowledge of Gamification and learning motivation techniques.
