JOB DESCRIPTION
The Designer Trainee will learn how to create designs while helping with different projects.
In this role, you will work with designers and art directors, to follow their guidance and put together industry standard works.
We are looking for a trainee who wants to learn about design. You should have a good
eye for what looks nice and be interested in design trends. Its helpful if you have some
design work to show, even if its just for school or personal projects. Experience with basic
UI and UX design is a plus since we are doing more digital work.
Duration: At least 6 months.
REQUIREMENTS
Assist the creative team with various projects.
Help deliver final designs for different channels.
Support with typesetting and editing artwork.
Prepare files for sending out.
Work with the team to come up with design ideas that meet client needs.
Create simple graphics for print and digital media.
Learn about new design trends and tools.
Help with basic UI and UX design tasks to make user-friendly experiences.
Present design ideas to the team and be open to feedback.
Work on several projects at once and meet deadlines.
Collaborate with team members to keep designs consistent.
Perform other tasks as required
Qualifications:
Currently a 2nd or 3rd-year university student or a recent graduate.
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
Familiarity with design techniques and a willingness to learn about responsive design practices.
An energetic personality with a positive attitude, eager to take on new challenges.
Passion for exploring new technologies and design tools to improve creative skills.
