Mô tả công việc
I. Description:
1. Network Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain the companys network to ensure availability and optimal performance.
2. Hardware and Software Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance and regularly update hardware and software components of the network
3. Security Protection: Manage endpoint security to protect data and systems from internal and external threats.
4. Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and resolve network issues promptly.
5. Network Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain network documentation and status reports regularly.
6. IT Asset Management: Perform Asset Management.
7. Backup and Data Recovery Management: Manage backup and data recovery processes to ensure quick data restoration.
8. Website management: Maintaining and developing the company website so that it is secure, attractive, fully functional and up to date.
9. Company DMS and Workflow System Management: Manage and work with third parties for maintaining and providing technical support (if needed)
10. Team Leadership and Resource Planning: Delegating tasks, developing budgets and work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and timely project delivery.
Yêu cầu
II. Requirement:
1. Education:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• English is a must.
• Certifications (preferred):
o CompTIA Network+ or Security+
o Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
o ITIL Foundation
o Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, etc.
2. Experience:
• 3-5+ years of professional IT experience.
• 1-2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure, helpdesk, or network operations.
3. Others:
• Willing to support other subsidiary
• Willing to take business trip as assigned (Occasionally)
III. Benefits:
- Working hours: from Mon to Fri (8:00- 17:00).
- Annual leaves: 15 days per year.

- Work from home: 16 days per year
