Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, reference check, etc., as per IMPACTIVAs recruiting process
- Coordinate all interviews and ensure all tests and interview materials are under IMPACTIVAs recruiting process and standard
- Post and manage job advertisement for new openings as per Job Profile and hiring needs
- Discuss with Recruiting Leader and give the effective advice on recruitment solutions
- Work closely with Business Unit and Department Leaders to understand hiring needs and improve recruitment efficiency
- Support office administration such as Visa and Work Permit application, rental apartment application and management, office supplier management and distribution (stationary, toolkit, transportation, ...), courier service
- Other tasks assigned by Team Leader
Yêu cầu
* Knowledge
- Diploma or Bachelor degree
- Minimum 3 years of core experience in recruitment that includes strong exposures to:
- Strong sourcing experience
- Good experience in interview and offer negotiation
- Strong social media recruiting experience is a plus
- Head Hunting / Consultancy Background is plus
- Leather industry is a plus
