1. Production Preparation Support
• Finalize the bill of materials (BOM) for each order.
• Participate in sample review and provide feedback at subcontractor sites.
2. Production Quality Monitoring and Inspection
• Take full responsibility for product quality at subcontractor facilities.
• Oversee sample quality control: FPP, 1st output, inline, TOP, Test - ensure quality and specifications before sending to customers.
• Ensure products meet technical standards and delivery schedules.
• Supervise the entire quality inspection process: cutting check, semi-finished check, start/mid/end-line inspection, pre-final and final inspection.
• Directly assist customers during final inspections as assigned.
• Confirm material consumption norms during cutting.
• Identify and confirm defects in semi-finished products, including outsourced printing errors.
• Handle defective or non-conforming products.
3. Reporting and Improvement
• Prepare regular progress and quality reports.
• Propose preventive measures to avoid recurring production errors.
• Participate in evaluating new subcontractors.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of garment technical standards and product quality.
• Skilled in product inspection, defect analysis, and proposing corrective actions.
• Able to read technical documents and proficient in office software.
• Capable of data synthesis and report writing.
• Logical thinking and quick problem-solving.
• Honest, meticulous, and highly responsible.
• Good listener, empathetic, and a strong team player.
• Physically fit, willing to travel, and able to work under pressure.
• English communication skills required.
