Beauty Advisor has a very important role - is a bridge between doctors and clients, and is the brand ambassador of Grace Skincare Clinic in conveying our core values to customers;
Their role would involve understanding customer needs, offering solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
On a daily basis, a Beauty Advisor will:
Directly meet with the clients to understand the needs, expectation, priority,... and offer a solution to solve their issues based on the Doctors recommendations/instructions, address objections and close the deal as appropriate
Maintain on-going support for clients, get feedback, find out their satisfaction with the treatment results and experience; seeking for referral from satisfying clients
Propose ideas/suggestion to Marketing based on insight gain from contact with clients
Build long-term relationships with customers as a trusted consultant;
Support other tasks as required by the direct Manager and Board of Directors
5.5 days / week, 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM from Monday - to Friday, 09:00 AM - 07:00 PM Saturday, Sunday. (1 day off and half a morning / week except Saturday, Sunday).

Have at least 1 year of experience working as a Pharmacist, Cosmetic Pharmacy, Internal Medicine Aesthetic Dermatology Consultant, Beauty Service Consultant, etc. bb
Good English communication;
Graduated from College/University, preferably in Nursing/Medical/Pharmacy or related fields;
Passionate about Internal Medicine Aesthetic Dermatology, skin care is an advantage;
Dedicated, confident, likes to communicate, chat, and take care of customers;

Probation (02 months): 100% basic salary + bonus for outstanding performance during the probation period;
