Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable functional requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation including BRD, SRS, user stories, and use cases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and process mapping to identify improvements.
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding.
Ensure traceability and alignment between business goals and delivered solutions.
Participate in testing, validation, and acceptance processes to guarantee solution quality.
Yêu cầu
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or digital projects.
Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
Proficiency in creating and managing BRD, SRS, and product documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (spoken & written).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
