Supervise team members and be able to arrange or cover members working shifts if necessary;
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
Handle clients complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution;
Meet personal/team targets;
Keep records of issues/problems for further investigation;
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies;
Work with managers about clients feedback;
Personal traits and self-management skills are required to manage unique risks and a fast-paced work environment within the Content Moderation industry. Candidates may potentially be exposed to harmful content.
Yêu cầu
Good command in English;
At least 6 months of experience in leading, managing and coaching a team of at least 15 members. Welcome candidates with leadership experience in school, college, university.
Good at Business Communication;
Familiar with data analysis;
Able to join immediately;
Self-learning ability and can-do attitude;
Good interpersonal skills
Proficient skills with office applications
Willing to work on roasting shifts, weekends and public holidays.

3. Working time
5 days per week amounting to 40 hours, arranged by the company.
The detailed working hour for each shift is as follows:
Shift 1: 7:00 a.m - 3:00 p.m;
Shift 2: 3:00 p.m - 11:00 p.m;
Shift 3: 11:00 p.m - 7:00 a.m or 12:00 a.m - 8:00 a.m;
Require to work at least 1 shift on weekends and 1 overnight shift.
