ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a
Senior Business Analyst
with strong experience in the banking and financial services domain. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Work with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

Collaborate with
developer
s and QA to ensure requirements are fully understood

Support UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking

Provide domain expertise in banking processes, compliance, and regulations

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field

5+ years of BA experience, including at least 3 years in banking/financial services

Excellent English communication, confident in working with international clients

Strong knowledge of core banking systems, payments, compliance, KYC/AML

Experience working in Agile/Scrum projects

Strong documentation and presentation skills

Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq)
