Job Description
Prepare a list of students, notify class schedules and track
Remind class schedules
Prepare office, documents & papers for the lesson
Prepare advance & pay for lunch - dinner for classes
Support hotel reservations for employees in the province
Book classrooms and arrange tables and chairs, presentation equipment
Attend attendance, observe, note information and take photos during the lesson
Support students to complete the online course on LMS
Monitor, remind, collect lessons after the lesson and evaluate after training
Store information about training classes (notes, study materials, attendance, costs, assessment results ...)

Job Requirements
At least 3-month Full-time Internship (flexible working hours accepted)
3rd/4th year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Foreign Trade, Business Administration or related major
Computering skills and English certification (preferable)
