Mô tả công việc
1. Strategic Business Growth
• Develop and implement
business development
strategies to achieve revenue.
• Identify and pursue new market segments, customer bases, and strategic opportunities.
• Work closely with the executive team to align growth initiatives with company vision.
2. Client & Partner Acquisition
• Identify, approach, and secure new corporate clients, merchants, and institutional partners.
• Negotiate and close high-value commercial agreements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in resin & plastics industry.
3. Market Intelligence & Analysis
• Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings and market fit.
• Monitor and evaluate business performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Yêu cầu
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Chemical or related field
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Vietnamese is must; proficiency in English is a plus
Experience:
5+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships in resin trading or related industries.
Proven track record of closing complex B2B deals and exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Solid understanding of cross-border trade and customs regulations.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
