She/he can be ready for travel and any inspection trip to create the new products and/or to work with Management Team to make sure services for beloved travelers.

Job description
• To deal with all aspects of the day to day running of operations
• Handling booking from start to finish for hotels, transportations, pick-up airports, and other services for all tours in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Ensure that all the needs of the clients are met and well reserved before the tour.
• Manage the contract with suppliers like hotels, transportation, airlines.... Make sure all the contracts are secured and saved in the correct folder, manage suppliers database, and make sure the information is up to date and precise.
• Prepare tour leader/tour guide pack then brief programs carefully to Tour Leader/ Local Tour Leader
• Prepare the payment request for all services booked and manage supplier invoicing.
• Manage the company-shared storage/ drive
• To provide exceptional customer service at all times, before, during and after tours
• Update the feedback form for the other related department: collecting, evaluating and responding to customer feedback
• Monitor, supervise, and solve problems arising during the tour
• Handle the cases which need changing due to storms, floods, etc.
• Update information about the sightseeing fares, opening and closing times of tourist spots
• Conduct inspection destination/service to update the information to other departments: •conducting market research on the best tours and experiences
• Marketing holidays and packages to clients via websites, travel agents and advertising
• producing brochures, tour products and web content with update tours
• Able to work under high pressure and if required, overtime.
• Flexible & open minded.
• Creative and passionate about working in travel industry.
• Motivation and energy to perform well and accomplish goals

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
•Fluent in the English language
•Good Strong knowledge of the Tourism field, Hotel and Tourism Management, especially in Vietnam and Southeast Asia
•Good leadership and management skills
•Careful and take notice of the details
•Good analytical and problem-solving skills and strong decision-making skills
•Good communication skills
•Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
•Good planning and organization skills to balance and prioritize work
•Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
•Characteristics: pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, honest, active, and decisive
•Degree: Bachelor
Working Time:
Working full time 5 days/ week at head office (103 Ba Trieu Street)
Working time: Always standby and available to catch up works as passion!
Mon-Fri: 9:00AM - 12PM, 1:30PM - 5:30PM, 1st Saturday of the month: 8:30AM - 5:30PM.Last morning of the month , Meeting, review and target for next month
Other Saturday afternoon and Sunday are off
