Mô tả công việc
• Develop and implement overall marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales of the companys products and services.
• Plan, manage, and oversee ATL and BTL marketing activities aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and coordinate the activities of the Marketing team, ensuring work efficiency and individual capability development.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, perform market segmentation, and develop brand positioning strategies.
• Analyze data and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns; propose improvement solutions.
• Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, quality, and budget compliance.
• Achieve financial goals of business and marketing activities by forecasting demand, monitoring annual budgets.
• Implement
digital marketing
activities, including social media management, online advertising, and other digital campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with other departments (Sales, Operations, etc.) to ensure consistency and effectiveness in marketing activities.
• Research customer behavior, online media and the environment to provide regular insights and effective strategic advice to the Board of Directors.
Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a
Marketing Manager
role, with a track record of managing teams of 3-10 members.
• Prior experience in the F&B, Hospitality, or Advertising industries is an advantage.
• Strong background in marketing, with experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, especially ATL & BTL.
• Solid understanding of market research, segmentation, brand positioning, and competitive analysis.
• Proficiency in digital marketing activities, including social media, online advertising, and preferably SEO/SEM.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills; ability to handle multiple projects at once.
• Fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
