Mô tả công việc
- Manage day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets including restaurant, bar, banquet, room service, etc.
- Develop and implement F&B service standards, SOPs, and quality control procedures.
- Work closely with chefs and outlet managers to create and maintain attractive menus and beverage lists.
- Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability. Prepare and analyze performance reports.
- Lead, train, supervise, and motivate the F&B team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to organize events, promotions, and banquet services.
- Forecast needs, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Keep up-to-date with food and beverage trends, and recommend improvements or innovations.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar F&B managerial role in a 4-5 star hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, service techniques, and menu planning.
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and make business decisions.
- Good command of English (speaking and writing); other languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and F&B POS/management software.
