DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS
1. Production Intern - Operational Excellence - Tien Nga, Dong Nai
• Understand production process, product spec, production technology, machine, operation method, quality, food safety, labor safety.
• Report on how to: control quality, yield, loss, cost in production. Define bottle neck, element affect to quality, food safety, labor safety and how to improve.
• Requirements: Majoring in Food Technology/ Food Science/ Mechanical Engineering; Good English
2. Production Intern - Machine & Production Optimization - Tien Nga, Dong Nai
• Study technology related to product, product spec, machine, operation method, control yield, loss, requirement for food safety, labor safety.
• Report on how to: capacity, productivity. Define bottle neck and how to improve
• Requirements: Majoring in technical or quality-related fields
3. Production Intern - Capex & SMED Optimization - Long Thanh, Dong Nai
• Support Capex project execution and documentation for production upgrades, monitoring cost, saving, and productivity improvements.
• Support SMED implementation on production lines (ICA, Pakona, Roasting) by assisting with documentation, standardizing changeover, and monitoring results.
• Coordinate production-side project activities with Maintenance, ensuring document control, timeline adherence, and proposing cleaning process improvements.
• Requirements: Engineering or Industrial Management background; Good English
4. Operation Excellence Intern - Packing Line Productivity - Long Thanh, Dong Nai
• Collect and analyze Packing line production data to identify inefficiencies.
• Analyze data to find root causes and propose solutions for improving labor productivity.
• Support the implementation of Lean, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives for process enhancement.
• Requirements: Background in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields; Good English
5. Operation Excellence Intern - Packing Center - Bien Hoa 2, Dong Nai
• Apply operation excellence to optimize packing line efficiency.
• Optimize operation cost through daily planning for processing & packing.
• Innovation for packing center with new update technology in industry.
• Requirements: Background in Industrial Engineering or related fields; Good English
6. Automation Intern - Auto Packing Line Project - Bien Hoa 2, Dong Nai
• Emplement project of auto packing line for packing center (from design/ select supplier/ installation...)
• Requirements: Final year/ Freshers in Automation or relevant fields, good English communication.
7. Automation & Process Intern - Digital Sorting - Tien Nga, Dong Nai
• Analyze input and output of the new Digital Sorting line to balance material flow and minimize Work-In-Progress (WIP) inventory.
• Understand the operational principles of digital sorters and develop an autonomous maintenance plan.
• Requirements: Final year/ Freshers in Electrical Instrumentation or Electronics or relevant background; Good English
8. Automation Intern - Energy Efficiency - Long Thanh, Dong Nai
• Together with Electric team, collect and list electric consumption for all plant equipment
• Suggesting ways to reduce electric consumption
• Requirements: Final year/ Freshers in Electrical Instrumentation/ Electronics or relevant background; Good English
9. Maintenance Intern - Tien Nga, Dong Nai
• Develop Preventive Maintenance checklists for plant equipment.
• Identify opportunities and recommend solutions to reduce overall maintenance expenditure.
• Devise and recommend a Spare Part inventory for critical machinery to minimize downtime.
• Requirements: Final year/ Freshers in Mehanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics or relevant background; Good English
10. Process Optimization Intern - Bien Hoa 2, Dong Nai
• Optimize yield of dicing line
• Optimize operation cost through daily planning for processing
• Innovation for ingredient center by applying new sorter technology, ...
• Requirements: Final year/ Freshers in Mehanical/ Mechatronics or relevant technical background
11. Product Development Intern - Long Thanh, Dong Nai
• Evaluate processes and test new seasonings for adapting products and creating variants (flour coated, Aldi/USA, Topco/Hy-Vee).
• Run production trials for new and adapted products within factory capacity.
• Document findings and cross-functional collaboration on product development.
• Requirements: Final year/ Freshers in Food Technology/ Food Science or relevant background; Good English
12. Quality Monitoring Intern - Tien Nga, Dong Nai
• Monitor the quality of input and output data within defined systems or processes.
• Identify and track key metrics to assess data quality performance.
• Support the development and implementation of automated validation processes for data quality assurance.
• Requirements: Final year/ Freshers in Food Technology/ Food Science or relevant background; Possess English
13. Process Engineering Intern - Ho Chi Minh
• Research and screen new potential platforms for our product categories
• Collect data to assess the feasibility of identified platforms
• Assist in projects assigned by Manager
• Requirements: Final year/ Freshers in Food Tech/ Food Science field; Good research skills; Good English
14. Quality Intern - BI Report & Training Document - Long Thanh, Dong Nai
• Create Power BI reports based on GMP and cleaning reports from daily checklists.
• Assist the team in developing digital training documents.
• Requirements: Final year/ Freshers in Food Tech/ Food Science field; Having data analysis & reports making skills; Good English
Yêu cầu
• Final year or fresher students in bachelors or masters degree program in a relevant field of each position.
• Having knowledge, skills... that required in each position
• Good at both written and spoken English.
• Working location: Mostly in Dong Nai Province, have shuttle bus service.
• Must have good academic records.
• Must be aspirational, have good interpersonal skills, good aptitude, team player and "Can Do" spirit.
