Demonstrates understanding of the extended process of order receipt and entry, material procurement, order release, packaging, shipment.
Understands Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools as they apply to the position.
Effective decision-making skills as it relates to providing directions to the manufacturing floor and assigning priorities to meet target orders.
Demonstrates teamwork and the ability to operate on diverse project teams with minimal direction.
Demonstrates confidentiality and the ability to represent the company in a professional manner.
Participates in a continuous improvement activity.
Ability to understand and apply continuous improvement tools.
