POSITION SUMMARY
- As a key person in project team supporting the PEM working through all the design, implementation and start-up phases of project Diana, having close alignment and collaboration with multiple stakeholders through the project life cycle, in FAS/DMO section.
- The role is to Deploy & develop the FAS/DMO from either TCU or supplier to meet the project requirements in terms of quality, scope, timing and cost, per Nestle internal guideline.
- Deliver expertise to project in area of FAS/DMO ensuring full compliances, health and safety, product safety and environment are never compromised.
A DAY IN THE LIFE ...
1.FAS/DMO System Design:
• Support the PE lead E&A in defining the project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in FAS/DMO section.
• Working with process user/TCU and design consultant to finalize the required system design (including URS, P&ID and TPM characteristics) within the deadline.
• Closely working with start-up team in developing the required factory automation system/structure.
• Ensure system design fulfill process operation requirement per Nestle standard & requirements.
• Create and review specifications of FAS/DMO system by understanding the current factory systems and requirement.
• Assure all specifications are feasible to source by connecting to suppliers and manufacturing operations.
2.Project Management:
• Support PE lead E&A to create detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Monitor processing installation progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Responsible for the overall site FAS/DMO installation works.
• Manage the day-to-day operations aspects of the project - FAS/DMO works and support the equipment installation.
• Close coordination with construction streams and startup streams, ensuring all the installation design are fitting to the integrating BIM design and operational requirement, deliver the first-time right installation.
3.Lead and manage:
• Coordinate with external installation team to ensure a safe and smooth installation execution; resolves any conflict between owner-contractors and among contractors.
• Mobilize resources (internal & external).
• Execute on FAS/DMO installation and commissioning timely by making sure product and testing quality level is appropriate. "
4. Safety and Health:
• Implement site SHE protocols to ensure installation work is done is a safe manner, observing all company/governmental regulations.
• Conducts safety audits.
• Promote development of environmental-friendly and sustainable solutions. "
5.Standard and Compliance:
• Ensure that installation by contractors is according to specifications and comply with relevant regulations and Nestles standards.
Yêu cầu
• Min 6 years experience in an international project for entire project lifecycle on FAS/DMO, or similar system
• Min. 3 years in capital Investment projects experiences in F&B industry
• Good experience in engineering design and applications in FAS/DMO
• Solid knowledge of automation, computer Engineering and Hygienic installations
• Good knowledge of industrial SHE requirement and local legislation to ensure safe working conditions.
• Ability to develop & deploy the standard systems according to required specifications.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the field to ensure safe working conditions.
• Knowledge of Food plant principles and hygienic engineering.
• Can read & write English documents.
• Knowledge of operational Maintenance
