Mô tả công việc
• Coordinate and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Collaborate with Shops to optimize operations.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Participate in planning meetings to align production goals with overall business objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment processes.
• Implement best practices in production planning and logistics management.
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless production workflows.
• Assist in forecasting demand and adjusting production plans accordingly.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of production schedules and reports.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning or related fields.
• Bachelors degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related discipline preferred.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
• Proficient in planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
