What is the job?
- Directs all aspects of the Planet Trekkers activities function to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction.
- Assisting with program planning, staff training and development, and maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked facility.
Your day to day:
- Oversee daily operations and supervise staff to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children.
- Monitor Planet Trekkers team to deliver maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt, courteous service from arrival to departure.
- Lead and participate in all Planet Trekkers activities to collect immediate guest feedback and ensure activity quality.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive range of kids activities tailored to different age groups to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution.
- Inspire and motivate the team to provide children and families with memorable, high-quality experiences.
- Regularly interact with guests to build relationships and understand their needs, using feedback to improve service.
- Demonstrate brand service behaviors consistently in daily operations.
- Ensure service consistency and maintain high team performance standards.
- Share guest feedback with the team for continuous improvement.
- Conduct shift briefings and departmental meetings to communicate hotel activities and operational requirements.
- Observe team members performance and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
- Maintain a safe environment for all children participating in activities at Planet Trekkers.
What we need from you:
- Supervise daily operations of Planet Trekkers, ensuring a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children.
- Lead and participate in kids activities to gather guest feedback and maintain quality standards.
- Create and manage diverse activity programs tailored to various age groups.
- Ensure all children are safe while participating in activities.
- Address guest complaints promptly and follow up with corrective actions.
- Build strong relationships with guests to foster trust and encourage feedback.
- Promote and maintain consistent service standards aligned with IHG Brand behaviors.
- Conduct shift briefings and departmental meetings to communicate hotel activities and updates.
- Observe team performance, offer constructive feedback, and motivate staff to exceed guest expectations.
- Share guest insights with the team to enhance service quality and experience.
- Organize and lead regular meetings with Planet Trekkers staff for effective communication and smooth operations.
- Prepare staff work schedules, considering occupancy, group movements, and VIP guests.
- Collaborate with Human Resources on manpower planning, recruitment, and performance evaluations.
- Identify training needs, propose development plans, and conduct training sessions for team members.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Kids Club operations or a related field; previous supervisory experience in a hotel/resort environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact with children of all ages, colleagues, and guests.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Physically fit to participate in sports and outdoor activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Front Office Systems.
- Knowledge and adherence to local laws, IHG brand standards, environmental policies, and resort regulations.
- Passionate about child safety, guest satisfaction, and environmental conservation (trees, sea, special species).
- Ability to lead by example, fostering teamwork and a service-driven culture.
