Mô tả công việc
- Analyzes training needs of the hotel in general and individual departments, develops strategies to address needs, and presents a Training Business Plan for review.
- Familiarizes with Accor Human Resources and Training Standards, localizing where necessary.
- Ensures effective training programs are in place for:
- New Employee Orientation
- Train the Trainer
- Customer Service Training
- Technical Job Specific Training
- Supervisory Skills Training
- Management Development
- Fire, Life, and Safety Training
- Selling Skills
- Employee Retraining
- Monitors progress of the training business plan to ensure training objectives are achieved.
- Maintains all hotel training records.
- Establishes a training library (books, videos, journals, audiovisual materials).
- Designs, produces, and implements departmental training programs with Department Heads.
- Attends and critiques departmental training sessions.
- Assists Department Trainers with preparation and delivery of training.
- Prepares and monitors training programs for:
- Management Trainees
- Work Experience
- Hotel School Trainees, etc.
- Administrative and Coordination Tasks
- Tracks cost of delivery (including labor).
- Considers anticipated ROI and/or training goals.
- Other Accor L&D Managers for sharing resources.
- Educational institutions offering hospitality/training courses.
- Maintains supplier records and training resource info.
- Delivers program briefings to management and department heads.
- Supports regional activities as directed.
- Provides input for probation and performance appraisals.
- Coaches, counsels, disciplines staff with constructive feedback.
- Maintains regular communication and good staff relations.
- Assists in budget preparation and management of the department.
Yêu cầu
- Strong communication skills; able to interact effectively with customers, employees, third parties.
- Corporate training certifications may be required (e.g., 360 Feedback Certification, GTC Registered Assessor, Certified Assessment Center Assessor).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, motivational, and organizational skills.
- Good presentation and writing skills.
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Training.
- 3 years of relevant experience or in a similar supervisory role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Vietnamese candidates are preferred.
