Human Resources Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies and plans aligned with the companys development orientation.
Propose organizational structure, workforce planning, and annual recruitment plans.
Recruitment & Training:
Manage recruitment activities for all departments.
Develop and implement training programs and skill development for employees and management teams.
Compensation, Benefits & Welfare:
Propose salary, bonus, allowance systems, and welfare policies in compliance with labor laws and corporate policies.
Ensure the implementation of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, holiday bonuses, and employee welfare.
Labor Relations Management:
Maintain harmonious relationships between management and employees.
Resolve labor disputes, complaints, disciplinary issues, and coordinate with the labor union.
Ensure the company complies with the Labor Code, occupational safety regulations, and state policies.
Performance Management & Corporate Culture:
Organize KPI evaluations, employee performance assessments, and career development pathways.
Foster corporate culture, encourage positive work spirit, and strengthen employee engagement.
Reporting & Control:
Prepare and submit periodic reports on HR status, turnover rate, and recruitment needs.
Monitor HR budgets, ensuring costs remain within approved limits.
Yêu cầu
• Graduated with a university degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, Labor Economics, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Preference given to candidates with experience in manufacturing environments (e.g., garment industry) or foreign-invested companies (FDI).
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, social insurance, personal income tax, and company regulations and policies.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing compensation policies, performance evaluation, training & development, and corporate culture initiatives.
• Capable of planning and building long-term human resource development strategies.
• Proficient in English communication.
