ACCOUNTABILITY SUMMARY To Customers: On-time performance to customers while providing courteous, efficient service to internal and external customers. To Employees: To provide coordination within Compliance while ensuring open communications between all Departments. To Owners: Recognize and bring about opportunities to improve the company’s performance. PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS · On-time US-ISF submission to US customs broker, customer, or their freight forwarder · On-time weekly payment/banking estimate to Corp. Accounting Dept. · Recommendation of process improvements and automation. · Keep training documents current · Quarterly submission of recommended process improvement and implemented successfully SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: - Collect ISF information from the mail - Weekly Banking Estimate - Submit/Fill ISF information on Parisi's web (DDP, DAP, FOB-MIOR) - Upload ISF document to AGL web for VCF (OPT) - Note Payment Information in AX to populate on reports - Scan+Upload VCF Shipping documents for payment - Upload ISF information to RTG's portal for OPT - Container tracking - Check and prepare FedEx Shipping documents to ship - Uploading testing results, etc.. To AX or Corp. folder - Container Tracking Report - ensure samples shipped via container included on the report - Send or submit ISF data to Freight Forwarder by email or web (FOB,3PL) - Audit shipping docs for compliances - Prepare step by step training documents for each task above with screenshots, website links - advise where saved Quyền lợi được hưởng Chế độ bảo hiểm, Du Lịch, Chế độ thưởng, Chăm sóc sức khỏe, Đào tạo, Tăng lương, Nghỉ phép năm Yêu cầu kỹ năng · Having experience in Compliances, IFS, import/export . Knowledge in ocean freight and shipping documents/incoterms/certificate of origins/compliance forms (GCC/Lacey Act/TSCA) . Know how to do the US ISF filing .
