1. Applying and interpreting audit and compliance requirements for various departments. 2. Develop and implement company policies and regulations. 3. Oversee all business operations relating to compliance including policies, investments, and procedures. 4. Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements. 5. Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues. 6. Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies. 7. Establishing self-audit and compliance monitoring programs. 8. Perform periodic audits on company procedures and processes. 9. Interacting with external auditors on matters related to audits of the organization’s internal controls. 10. Lead employee training sessions on compliance issues. 11. Good personality, strong leadership skills, good decision making and problem-solving skills. 4. Strong organizational skills; time management skills; analytical skills; communication skills. 5. Able to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects at time. 6. Self-motivated and able to work independently 7. High proficiency in English and Vietnamese (Writing, Speaking, Reading & Listening) 8. Good computer literacy
