• Manage inbound, outbound and inventory of customer’s stock assigned. • Be responsible for stock count plan and coordinate with supervisor/manager to follow up plan timely and make sure stock is accurate. • Perform relevant reports for customers assigned. • Understand aligned scope with customer to ensure delivering best service to customer as well as to help recognize out of scope activities. • Be responsible for SOP, WI created and updated regarding to customers assigned. • Be responsible for customer KPI & join customer meeting when required. • Well understanding the nature of Distribution Center’s products (warehousing & distribution services). Both in term of physical, systematic & software operating. • Be effective connection between external customers with internal parties (IT, Transport, Admin, accounting, procurement…) to satisfy customer’s demand. • Prepare debit note bases on the signed logistic contract between Schenker & nominated customers. • Play a role of after sales to promote more services to current nominated customers. • Be pro-active in trouble solving & initiative to improve the working process. Comply with company regulations regarding to safety, security, 5S… • Customer complain solving. • Be responsible for making customer debit note, invoice, income & cost accrual.
