Review the construction schedule of the MEP contractor during the progress of site works. Identify and give solutions for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering issues in the projects. Coordinate with admin to continuously monitor and make sure that the recording of the MEP documents is undertaken in accordance with the project handbook. Monitor H&E on the site and report to the team leader. Review to ensure the contractor’s as-built drawings comply with the design intent and give appropriate comments to the team leader. Review and monitor contractor’s works, the statements of installation and risk assessment, complete construction drawings. Update defect list of mechanical service for remedial of the contractor. Advise designer, supervisor, inspector, the service provider in terms of technique, installation, and maintenance of MEP system. Review and comment on the Contractor’s Operation and Maintenance manuals, Tenant Fit-out works Guidelines. Advanced English skills. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
