Prepare all monthly reports relating to salary. Directly collect files and follow with Bao Viet insurance payment for staffs. Check staff timekeeping, overtime, tracking annual leave. Report monthly increase/decrease to Social Insurance Department. Prepare labor contract, follow-up with contract time line, extend and save records. Update information to Social insurance book and labor book for staffs. Follow-up and do payment request for social and medical insurances for staffs. Follow probation deadline of new employees according to company policies.
