Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationship, build morale and increase productivity and retention. Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on all performance related issues, including program management of high growth talent, development road-maps, succession planning, compensation strategies and performance improvement. Educate managers and employees on all aspects of employee-related issues, including manager/employee issues, policies and procedures, misconduct, investigations, terminations, appeals, etc. Talent and Performance Management: Manage and analyse data in order to help Divisions Management understand the various nuances of their workforce In cooperation with Department Heads prepare detailed headcount plan to ensure sufficient workforce for respective departments Recruitment and selection Work with Managers to manage the Recruitment and Selection of Operational roles Monitors staffing needs of departments. Successfully implement all HR activities during Employee Lifecycle at the warehouses Workforce administration (Labor contract, employee profiles, termination, reporting, compliance & disciplinary) In cooperation with Department Heads prepare detailed headcount plan to ensure sufficient workforce for respective departments HR Administration: HR system Administration (HRIS, HRM, SAP) Deliver, supervise and ensure high quality of employee life cycle management (recruitment, on-boarding, retention, exit interview) Quyền lợi được hưởng Chế độ bảo hiểm Du Lịch Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Đào tạo Tăng lương Nghỉ phép năm Yêu cầu kỹ năng Language: Good of English Education: University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, and related fields. At least 03 years of experience in the same role Understand labor legislation, full-cycle recruitment, payroll process. Solid understanding of full-cycle training. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Skills / personality Working under high stress. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, process-oriented.
