Requirements: - English and Vietnamese proficiency. - Having over 5 years of experience in Training, Organization Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development for manufacturing units (preferred) with high scale (>3000 laborers). - Characteristic: + Strong oral and written communication skills, including public speaking to a group for both Vietnamese and English. + Strong organizational and time management skills + Can do attitude, willing to learn new things, Easily approachable. + Ability to identify data collection tools, data sources + Creative and drive for result, Orientation to details. + Ability to actively engage and collaborate with all levels of the organization + Excellence Word, Excel, Microsoft office. 3.
