a. To prepare and complete Work Order, Sales Confirmation, co-ordinate with Sales and Project Departments for accurate contents of Work Order and Sales Confirmation. b. To organize delivery of finished goods, including preparation of Delivery Order, Transportation and follow up action to ensure on time delivery and signed Delivery Order to Account Department for monitoring and settlement. c. To prepare Sales Contract and profile. d. To manage Hotel and Air ticket booking for visiting customers. e. To assist Deputy General Director (Business development)/ Sales Manager/ Senior Sales Manager for sales follow up and meeting. f. To organize and prepare sales report (such as projects pipeline and opportunities, weekly visit and project report) and activities (seminar, event etc.), to achieve sales objectives. g. Other works that is within his/ her capacity as requested in the interest of the company. Quyền lợi được hưởng 1. Minimum 2 years working experience in Sales Administration or relevant fields c. Strong presentation and inter-personal relationship skills. d. Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work under pressure e. Knowledge in electrical network systems will be advantageous. f. Resourceful, outgoing and team player. g. Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment. h. Good knowledge in computer (Microsoft Office). i. Good literacy in English.
