Define and propose effective strategy and plan to attract and hire talents Coordinate recruitment and selection policies, standards, process in company Watch over competitors and market trends for proper advice Coordinate headcount plan and recruiting budget to meet with company's development strategy in a timely manner Define action plan to achieve targets and meet human resource needs Ensure efficient use of recruitment channels, and right approach to successfully respond to requirements Develop active recruitment methods with social networks to build up talent pool, talent organization chart Understand the company's activities and resource challenges to properly plan, prioritize actions, and anticipate needs; Follow up recruitment process (both with external and internal candidates), pro-actively implement suitable solutions to reach targets Conduct, join in hiring process for key/strategic positions Organize induction for newcomers, ensure best conditions for their integration Develop future talents for the company through various initiatives, including internship program Ensure that contents for recruitment purpose (job descriptions, advertising articles...) are produced with highest quality and remove advertising of completed position Lead employment branding activities to employee branding and build-up talent pool Build event plan, ensure efficient organization of events (job fairs, seminars, sponsorships...) to meet recruitment needs Follow up expenses and ensure efficient use of allocated budget Supervise recruitment teams, lead them to fulfill recruitment missions with high motivation and team spirit Build effective reporting system and statistics to track and measure recruitment efficiency Ensure that the recruitment database is maintained effectively Coordinate with HR Deputy Manager/HR Manager and department managers to propose HR development activities for employees including recruitment and training policies, employee motivation policies. Cooperate with departments to conduct training needs analysis and prepare/implement Annual Training Plan to meet set standards company Develop effective training programs which address the training needs while ensuring optimum cost Supervise orientation/ training programs for new people to provide fundamental knowledge and attitude Follow up with department managers to ensure new employees are smoothly integrated into team, trained on the job, and sent for re-train and on-going training Drafting and teaching training programs to improve skills for all employees Continuously benchmark with other service providers in the industry to upgrade service quality by providing effective training Implement post-training evaluation to ensure quality is met and design follow-on training Coordinate with relevant departments to get feedbacks on training results Maintain a keen understanding of training trends to develop and best practices Planning training programs for employees related to knowledge of company’s policies and regulations Plan and follow up the audit preparation ensure all documents and data always be ready and compliance. Provide guidance to and shares knowledge with colleagues/team members relating to own specialization Create condition/opportunity to team members to develop their skills, their careers.
