Ability to travel to local markets and deliver training that meets the needs of our customers to drive sales for specific accounts and markets. Develop and maintain the Power Tool Safety Training resources as part of the organization’s safety solutions Working with Skilled Trades teams to provide product training resources on request Deliver critical training solutions across location as needed Create and update training programs using instructional design techniques. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining professional networks; participating in related professional organizations Conduct training events at regional locations for internal employees, distributor employees and end users. Maintain adequate records of costs for all training classes in report form and communicate itemized costs to the Product Training Manager following the class. Analyze training and developmental needs. Formulate and develop plans, procedures and programs to meet specific training needs and problems. Prepare training material and facilitate training programs. Maintain demo tool inventory monthly, making sure tool models are current and in working condition. First aid/CPR certification or the ability to become certified required. Excellent analytical skill and business insights Experience in preparing training materials and in speaking on technical topics before groups required Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Ability to self-prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects at once is imperative. Good communication skills and cooperation with other teams Good command of written and spoken English & Vietnamese.
