Ensure account and material consistency, raw materials and finish goods receiving, pick and release on time, Finish Goods load and ship on time, material security and warehouse operation in a secure condition. Experiences in using Warehouse system like WMS to optimize layout and space, increase workers efficiency, and meeting the business plan and needs. To lead and oversee whole Raw Materials and Finish Goods Warehouse operation. Ensure stock integrity is maintained through effective and planned cycle count and stocktaking. Manage stock control: the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system. Drive for continuous improvement for warehouse operation. Planning, organizing and controlling resources for overall Warehouse operations. Monthly KPI measurement review. Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse operation transactions and activities. Ensure that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock. Yêu cầu kỹ năng Person Specifications Good written communication in both English and Vietnamese Be good at Microsoft Office, such as Power point, word, excel, familiar with Oracle system, better to familiar with backflush workflow. 5 years and above work experience in warehouse management. Great team spirit, risk/problem preventative and people management, including safety, principles and employee motivation, etc. Ability to speak Putonghua and lead the communication with PRC team.
