To lead and oversee whole Raw Materials and Finish Goods Warehouse operation. Ensure account and material consistency, raw materials and finish goods receiving, pick and release on time, Finish Goods load and ship on time, material security and warehouse operation in a secure condition. Experiences in using Warehouse system like WMS to optimize layout and space, increase workers efficiency, and meeting the business plan and needs. Planning, organizing and controlling resources for overall Warehouse operations. Ensure stock integrity is maintained through effective and planned cycle count and stocktaking. Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse operation transactions and activities. Monthly KPI measurement review. Manage stock control: the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system. Drive for continuous improvement for warehouse operation. Ensure that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock. Make plans to develop staffs of warehouse by internal/on-job training. Great team spirit, risk/problem preventative and people management, including safety, principles and employee motivation, etc. Good written communication in both English and Vietnamese 5 years and above work experience in warehouse management. Ability to speak Putonghua and lead the communication with PRC team.
