Misson: Develop and build a highly creative and innovative research and development component as part of Lovepop’s Vietnam Design team, allowing Lovepop to create and design amazing new products and concepts that exceeds expectation every time. The R&D Manager will help to build, grow, and manage Lovepop’s Vietnam Design team to create magically awesome designs that meet real customer needs ahead of schedule and above the Awesome BarTM . Accountabilities: Develop and Research new physical products and follow projects from concept through design and prototype implementation/ production/ Phát triển và nghiên cứu sản phẩm mới và theo dõi các dự án từ ý tưởng thiết kế đến làm mẫu/ sản xuất. Manage and build a team of creative R&D designers and engineers. Implement internal hiring plans and hire additional R&D focused designers/contractors to grow the current team and help develop creative R&D capabilities within the design team/ Quản lý và xây dựng đội ngũ thiết kế R&D. Resource plan and manage all creative R&D projects going through the Vietnam Design team and hit or exceed all timelines/ Lập kế hoạch, triển khai đào tạo và quản lý tất cả các dự án thiết kế R&D đúng tiến độ. Interface with internal stakeholders (including design, marketing, retail, wholesale, product, and happiness) to understand their needs, perspectives, and timelines for R&D projects, working closely with our merchandising team for new physical products/ Làm việc với các cộng sự từ team Mỹ ( Thiết kế, marketing, bán lẻ, bán sỉ sản phẩm và đội hỗ trợ khách hàng) để thực hiện đúng mục tiêu của dự án thiết kế, đảm bảo sự đồng nhất về hình ảnh thương hiệu. Manage multiple R&D processes and projects- including planning and scoping around various initiatives. present to other stakeholders for insights, and iterates on the process/ Lập kế hoạch, triển khai đào tạo và phát triển các kỹ năng thiết kế cấu trúc, mô hình mới cho đội ngũ Thiết kế Việt Nam R&D. Knowledge of 3D rendering/ Kiến thức về hình khối 3D, kết cấu, Knowledge of paper product is a plus/ Kiến thức các sản phẩm giấy là một lợi thế. Fluency in English and Vietnamese/ Tiếng Anh và Tiếng Việt tốt.
