1.Headcount Planning - Control Headcount Planning based on approved headcount - Monitor Recruitment Team and ensure the team will follow company regulation and processes properly - Catch up recruitment situation to have proper action plan - Update recruitment status to board of directors frequently to make them aware of recruitment forecast, recruitment trend, recruitment performance - Control recruitment cost effectively 2.Attraction: - Develop and deploy recruitment plan to attract candidates - Track implementation and results of recruitment activities 3.Selection: - Ensure recruitment of the qualified candidates and employees - Standardize the candidate competency evaluation system 4.On boarding - Catch up promptly the difficulties of new employees from the offering date to probation completion date - Ensure working convenience condition for integration 5.Recruitment administration task: - Provide periodic HR report and unplanned report. - Ensure candidates profiles and onboarding process will be done properly 6. Train and improve recruitment skills for team in specialism 7. Other tasks assigned by Manager. Yêu cầu kỹ năng - University or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field. - Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in similar capacity - Good in English communication skill, presentation, negotiation skill
