1. Goal of position This position is responsible for ensuring all legal & compliance relating to EHS implementing on time. 2. Formal prerequisites for the position Prepare documents & take in charge of dealing with customers and government agencies to audit the compliance. Implement & follow up tasks and activities regarding Environment, Health & Safety Build up, update & ensure the enforcement of processes, procedures, policies or annual plans for the company. Ensure all worksites are EHS compliant with company policies and safety standards/ criteria Conduct periodical EHS audit in the factory Cooperate with relevant departments to build up EHS training for whole company. Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures. Investigate incidents & accidents to determine the root cause and build up corrective action Lead the site safety programs to promote performance expectation for safe work practices Play role as compliance training coordinator and deliver safety training for employees. In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his supervisor that are essentially related to his duties.
