- Be the host in all training activity, increase learning’s mindset and create the learning culture in company. - Access company’s human resource, analyze training needs and establish training program which suitable company’s objective. - In charged of developing employee’s ability and skill improvement - Follow, monitor the training’s result & evaluate training program. - Be the internal Trainer in some limit courses - Related tasks as BOD requirement - Filing training records (both of hard & soft copies) - Arrange training plan/ schedule, as well as arrange internal/ external Trainer. - Follow & ensure the training procedure/ policy/ instruction be done effectively. - Others will be discuss in the interview. BENEFITS - Shuttle bus from HCMC, Bien Hoa city to Long Thanh and vice versa. - Salary (negotiable) + allowance; - Working time: 07:30 – 17:00 from Mon to Fri; - The company organizes monthly parties and annual tours; - Participate in social insurance with accordance Labor Law and ***-hour accident insurance; - Bonuses for seniority and 13th month salary.
