A. Finding new project: Based on existing database of Company to develop relation with client Detect key person of each project, thus set up reliable, closer relation with him. Build close relation with all related parties of client to know more about competitor Coordination with other departments, especially technical team to complete commercial offer. Go closer with client to update offer to suit their demand. B. Negotiating contract: Prepare/review contract form in coordination with Accounting & Contract Dept. Together with Civil managers, negotiate contract with the client C. Develop new activity, new market: Understand deeply products, activities of Company/ Group. Detect potential market to develop D. Strengthening relation with client: Contact frequently client to receive feedback from them Build reliable relation with client so they could share information of new project E. Reporting / Documentation: Reporting to Civil Manager about project situation. Discuss to find suitable way for each project Register documents of each project: input, output …. Commercial skill, especially in presentation and persuasion - At least 2 years of relevant experience in equivalent position or At least 5 years prior work experience in business development, investment consultant in construction field. - University degree in construction economics, civil engineering, transportation or related. Knowledge in construction project management/ business administration is a plus. - Good organizational and coordination skills.
