Because of business expanding, we are in need of recruiting 01 Development Officer in Hanoi and 01 Development Officer in Ho Chi Minh (Head Office). + Work location: Hanoi Head Office: Aeon Mall Long Bien, Co Linh, Long Bien, Hanoi Ho Chi Minh Head Office: 15th Floor, LIM Tower 3, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Dakao Ward, Dist. 1, HCMC + Working time: 5 days/week, Monday - Friday + Report to: Deputy Manager/ General Manager JOB DESCRIPTION - Prepare materials to make proposal to management - Find new sites with Master Leased and Project Transfer Scheme - Survey and make catchment map - Handle department administration tasks such as: RFA, payments, ect… - File and update candidate sites - Build up database system of retail market - Other tasks as assigned.
