The Associate Accountant (AR) ensures the effective and efficient processing of accounts receivables. 1. Prepare monthly Account Receivable report. 2. Issue of VAT invoices, Debit Notes, Credit Notes 3. Collect debt includes sending reminder letter, contacting debtors. 4. Attend Account Receivable meetings and report on the status of the debts 5. Audit the income: check on night audit report for accuracy of revenue, receipts and other posted items. 6. Prepare Leasing report/ check resident benefit 7. Prepare Tenants rebates schedules if any 8. Reconciliation of AR from PMS with General ledger 9. Prepare audit schedules relating to AR, including billing in advance,... and reconcile with PMS 10. Prepare VAT output declaration and reconciliation. 11. Take assignment to any of Somerset properties in Hanoi according to company's needs.
