- To take part in regular supplier evaluation and to implement improvement activities if any - Handle all purchasing requests related to 5 customers Elentec, Miwon, Solum, Noble, ACE - Visit customers together with vendors & MAR PIC (Sales Admin) to understand what customer need - Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with products and service, build good relationships with customers - Visit vendors to know what their advantaged products - Seek and select potential vendors, conduct price analysis and negotiate to obtain the best offer available within time constraints of the requirements - Follow up pending PR & PO to ensure goods delivered on time ( if any) - Deal with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary - Fulfill other tasks assigned by Part-leader and Manager Quyền lợi được hưởng Chế độ bảo hiểm, Du Lịch, Phụ cấp, Chăm sóc sức khỏe, Đào tạo, Phụ cấp thâm niên, Nghỉ phép năm Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Candidates with 2-3 year experience in purchasing and sourcing goods and vendors - Able to do multi-tasks and manage time efficiently - Good at negotiation, communication and presentation skills - University graduate with related major (Candidates graduated from top-ranked universities are preferred) - Be careful and patient. Ability to work under high pressure - Hard working, quick minded - Good communication in English and Office skills, especially Excel - Having experience in purchasing industrial equipment such as Measuring & Filtration Equipment, IT, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Equipment, Spare parts is a big advantage - Ability to organize and lead complex projects - Customer-focused attitude - Having experience in e-Commerce business area is preferred Note: Probation Contract is not required.
