The firm seeks a motivated and accomplished individual for its Regulatory Affair Consultant position Key Responsibilities: 1. Classification of drugs and other products such as food, medical devices, insecticides, cosmetic, fertilizer and agrochemicals. 2. Preparing administrative documents and review technical documents for consistency with ACTD requirement for drugs registration, and submitting them to the DAV. 3. Preparing application dossier for other products such as food, medical devices, insecticides, cosmetic, fertilizer and agrochemical, submitting them to competent authorities. 4. Provide advice to client on regulations related to pharmaceutical industry and other life science industry such as food and beverages, agriculture, chemical, etc. 5. Liaise with competent authorities under Ministry of Health (DAV, VFA, HEMA, and DMEHW) and Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to follow up on application dossiers as well as to seek expert’s opinion, explain technical aspects of the application dossiers, etc. Quyền lợi được hưởng 1. In addition to experience in the types of duties outlined above, you should have: 1. A Vietnamese pharmacist license with at least 3 years of experience in drug registration. 2. Familiar with ACTD requirements. 3. Strong experience in the registration of pharmaceutical products, medical devices, cosmetics, and agrochemical products. 4. Fluency in English and excellent English writing skills. 5. Excellent analytical, drafting, communication, and research skills. 6. Excellent problem-solving ability. 7. Strong commitment to client service. 8. Strong case, client, and team management skills. 9. Willingness to travel as needed. 10. Good computer skills on Microsoft Office. 11. High level of organization and commitment. 12. Good team work.
