We are currently looking for a Project Manager in Architecture and Urban Planning to work fulltime in our Hanoi (Vietnam) office. Foreigner profiles who have work experience in Vietnam will be preferred to complete our existing staff and extend our vision and development. This position shall be responsible for the concept phase and concept team, in charge of preparing pre-project documents, and final design for various projects following requests from the BOD. Specific tasks for this position are: - Leading the design team to develop design solutions. - Conduct site analysis and study on issues related to geographical and sociological situations during the concept phase; - Propose general concept design and present to the Clients; - Assume responsibility for and assist in the development of design concepts. - Prepare, develop and implement mid and long term plans ensuring completion of the objectives specified for the company; - Manage working programs of the concept teams (graphical, technical and 3D teams). Analyze, review and evaluate working progress to make as basis for decision making of proceeding phases. - Assist in marketing, business development and general representation of the company - Liaise with Managing Director with regards to management and performance of the company Quyền lợi được hưởng Bao Viet health care insurance; Salary: It can be negotiated during interview; 20 days annual leave full paid. Yêu cầu kỹ năng - More than 07 years of experiences in similar position regarding Urban planning, Architecture, Landscape and Interior design with corresponding Degree; - Be creative, dynamic and professional at work.
