Job Details Position: Japanese Speaking - Admin Staff Job Code: 60675 Responsibility - Receive, manage, and process incoming / outgoing documents as required - Receive internal and external calls then pass to appropriate department or person in charge - Manage and use company's stamp according to internal policies - Organize company's internal events - Track and distribute stationery, office drinks, other tools and employees' uniforms; issue phone card for (deputy) department head - Working Time: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday, 3 Sats per month) - Implement internal communication; guide regulations, company rules for employees - Monitor, receive and check monthly gas and water intake; insects, snakes, mice control - Working location: Dong Anh Dist., Ha Noi - Perform other administrative tasks when required - Monthly Salary: 400–600USD Quyền lợi được hưởng Chế độ bảo hiểm Đào tạo Tăng lương Yêu cầu kỹ năng Requirements - Experience: Have at least 2 years working experience in HR - Admin position in any industries - Gender: Female.
